Her journey in hospitality began as a waitress in Margate, where she laid the foundation for her future accomplishments.
With unwavering determination, Zantel steadily climbed the ladder of success in the hospitality industry. Her experience spans across restaurants and guesthouses, each step contributing to her growth and expertise. Today, she proudly oversees management and event coordination at Umdlalo Lodge – roles that align seamlessly with her passion for customer care and service.
